The brand is growing its presence in the premium health beverage segment and is seeking mission-driven leaders to help expand its reach and impact.
Role Description This is a full time, on-site Co-Founder role based in Mumbai, focused on expanding Quick Pure’s beverage brand across key markets. The Co-Founder will lead and execute growth strategies, including market analysis, channel development, and partnership building with distributors, retailers, and food service outlets. Day-to-day responsibilities include shaping the brand’s positioning, overseeing marketing and sales initiatives, guiding product and packaging decisions,



and monitoring performance metrics to drive sustainable revenue growth. The role involves close collaboration with existing founders and cross-functional teams to refine go-to-market plans, manage budgets, and ensure operational readiness for expansion. This position offers equity-based compensation and requires a hands-on leader comfortable with startup environments, field work, and direct engagement with customers and partners.
Qualifications

Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, assess performance, and support data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management, negotiations, presentations, and cross-functional collaboration.
Proven sales experience, including building channels, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth in FMCG or beverage sectors.
Marketing skills across brand strategy, consumer activation, and digital/offline campaigns to increase awareness and trial.
