About MantriAI
MantriAI is an AI-native executive search firm. In our first 2.5 months, we closed 7 senior searches (Product, Engineering, GTM at 15–90 LPA) for funded startups, and cut mandate-to-offer time to under 2 weeks.

We are scaling the Recruitment team.

What you'll do:
- Own top-of-funnel for 6–8 live searches: Naukri (incl. Nvite campaigns), LinkedIn, Cutshort, communities
- Run inbound screening every morning: screen applications against the mandate scorecard, kill fast, surface the top 5%
- Conduct first-level screening calls and coordinate further interview rounds
- Keep pipeline data clean in Zoho Recruit and mandate handover sheets

What we're looking for:
- 1-3 years in sourcing/recruiting, or a sharp person who can prove hustle.



Agency exposure a plus
- Comfortable doing 40–60 candidate touches a day and being measured on it (submit-to-advance ratio is our north star)
- Strong written English; you'll draft outreach that senior candidates actually answer
- Available immediately. Remote (India), high-speed internet required

Compensation & Process
- 25k per month + Claude Pro subscription
- Process: 15-min call → 1-week PAID working trial on live mandates → full-time offer letter
