Role Description The Associate Team Leader role at Mahindra & Mahindra, Tractor Division is a full-time, in office position based in Chennai. The role involves supervising a small team on the shop floor or within a functional unit, coordinating daily activities to meet production and quality targets. The Associate Team Leader will monitor workflow, allocate tasks, support problem-solving, and ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and standard operating procedures.



Responsibilities include reporting on performance metrics, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, assisting in training team members, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to resolve operational issues.
