Role: Client Servicing Executive
Team: Digital Marketing
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of relevant agency experience
Location: Kolkata

What You’ll Do:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, long-term relationships.
Understand client briefs and collaborate closely with our creative, content, and performance marketing teams to deliver impactful digital campaigns.
Present strategies, campaign reports, and performance metrics to clients with clarity and confidence.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the client’s business goals.
Proactively identify upsell or growth opportunities within your client portfolio.

What We Are Looking For:

At least 2+ years of experience in client servicing,



account management, or a similar role within a digital marketing agency.
Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (Social Media, SEO, PPC, Content Marketing).
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm attitude under tight deadlines.
Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
