Role Description The Affiliate Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, responsible for managing and growing relationships with affiliates, partners, and key accounts. Day-to-day activities include onboarding new affiliates,



negotiating campaign terms and payouts, monitoring campaign performance, and optimizing traffic sources to meet revenue and quality targets. The role involves coordinating with internal teams such as sales, media buying, and compliance to ensure smooth campaign execution and accurate tracking. The Affiliate Manager will analyze performance data, prepare regular reports, and proactively identify opportunities to scale campaigns across multiple verticals and geographies. This role also requires maintaining clear, professional communication with partners, resolving issues quickly, and representing ScaleX Media’s values of transparency and performance.
