Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in core HR functions.
Candidates should possess HR Operations skills, including handling onboarding, documentation, HRIS or HR software, and basic payroll coordination.
Candidates should possess Employee Relations skills, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and fostering an engaging workplace.
Candidates should possess HR Policies knowledge,



including drafting, implementing, and communicating HR guidelines and compliance requirements.
Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels.
Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Relevant experience in hospitality, retail, or service-oriented organizations is beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; HR certifications are an advantage.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for cafe (store-level) and corporate roles.
Coordinate with outlet managers and department heads to assess manpower needs.
Prepare and post job descriptions, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and issue offer
