Role Description The Placement Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves coordinating student placement activities, including identifying suitable opportunities, liaising with recruiters and partner organizations,



and maintaining solid relationships with industry stakeholders. The Placement Coordinator will guide students through the placement process by organizing information sessions, conducting mock interviews, supporting resume and profile development, and tracking placement outcomes. Daily responsibilities include managing placement-related data, responding to student and employer queries, preparing reports for internal stakeholders, and collaborating with academic and career support teams to align placement efforts with learning outcomes. The role also requires proactive outreach to new employer partners, ensuring consistent communication and a positive experience for both learners and recruiters.
