Role Description The Business Development Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The individual in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, and develop strategies to grow revenue in event management and brand communication services. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, preparing and delivering proposals and presentations,



and negotiating contracts aligned with company objectives. The role involves close collaboration with the design and execution teams to ensure that client needs are accurately translated into effective solutions and that projects are delivered to a high standard. The Business Development Manager will also track market trends, monitor competitor activities, and provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership.
Qualifications
Strong skills in business development, sales planning, and client relationship management.
Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management within services or agency environments.
Ability to develop and present compelling proposals and pitches, with solid negotiation and closing skills.
Understanding of event management, brand communication, and marketing services, preferably in a Pan-India context.
