About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP Team Lead / SAP Business Process Lead to take ownership of SAP-related processes across logistics, purchasing, order management, and manufacturing operations.
The ideal candidate combines solid hands-on SAP expertise with proven leadership experience and a practical understanding of cross-functional business processes. You will work closely with different departments, drive process improvements, manage SAP-related responsibilities, and ensure knowledge is effectively transferred across the organization.




Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate SAP-related activities across logistics, purchasing, order management, and production
Support and optimize SAP processes within SD, MM, and PP
Manage cross-functional SAP projects and process-improvement initiatives
Acts as a bridge between the European and Indian teams, translating the German team’s requirements into English and clearly communicating them to the Indian team through regular meetings and discussions.
Take responsibility for department-level SAP activities and coordinate team members where required
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions
Create, maintain, and improve SAP reports and business documentation
Use SAP reporting and advanced Excel capabilities to analyze data and support business decisions
Identify process gaps and proactively recommend improvements
Ensure consistent SAP processes and effective knowledge
