Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline of corporate clients, and driving growth for WeCare.food’s food service and wellness offerings. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential customers, generating and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and product demos,



and preparing proposals and presentations. The Business Development Executive will manage and nurture key accounts, collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery, and track performance metrics to optimize sales strategies. The role also involves staying updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to support continuous improvement of WeCare.food’s solutions.
Qualifications
Ability to drive Current Business Development, including prospecting, opportunity identification, and closing deals.
Strong Lead Generation skills, with experience in using digital tools, networking, and outreach strategies to build a sales pipeline.
Solid Business acumen, including understanding of corporate environments, B2B sales cycles, and commercial negotiations.
