Role Description The Associate Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hennur, Bengaluru responsible for driving sales of luxury residential and investment properties. The role involves managing end-to-end client interactions, including understanding requirements, presenting suitable properties, coordinating site visits,



and guiding clients through negotiations and closing. The Associate Sales Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth and non-resident clients, provide market insights, and support personalized property strategies. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining an active sales pipeline, collaborating with internal advisory and marketing teams, preparing proposals and documentation, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality client experience consistent with Dwelling’s premium positioning.
Qualifications
Sales and client relationship skills, including experience in consultative or high-value sales, pipeline management, and closing complex deals.
Business development and networking capabilities to engage HNIs, NRIs, and premium clientele, with solid presentation and communication skills.
