Role Description The Engineering Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad. The person in this role will lead engineering teams, oversee design and implementation of biogas upgradation systems, and ensure alignment of technical solutions with project requirements and organizational goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and managing engineering projects,
coordinating cross-functional work with operations and product teams, and driving continuous improvement in system performance and reliability. The Engineering Manager will mentor team members, support integration of software and control systems into plant designs, manage timelines and resources, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The role also involves stakeholder communication, risk management, and contributing to strategic decisions that support Atmospower’s growth in the green energy sector.
