Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support SCHMIEDE YOUR WAY’s online presence by assisting with the planning, creation, and scheduling of content across social media platforms. Day-to-day tasks include brainstorming and producing engaging posts, short-form videos, and stories, monitoring comments and messages,



and helping manage community interactions. The intern will assist in basic performance tracking, reporting, and experimentation with new ideas to increase reach and engagement among athletes and fitness enthusiasts. This is an on-site internship role based in Mangaluru, offering hands-on experience in a quick-paced, performance-driven environment and close collaboration with the founding and marketing teams.
