Job DescriptionMahathi IT Technologies is inviting applications from certified Medical Coders for 40 openings across Surgery Coding, Evaluation & Management (E/M) Coding, and HCC Risk Adjustment Coding.
We are looking for candidates with robust coding knowledge, an understanding of coding guidelines, and the ability to accurately review clinical documentation and assign appropriate codes.
Open PositionsSurgery Coders
- Review surgical and procedural documentation
- Apply appropriate ICD-10-CM, CPT®, and HCPCS coding guidelines
- Ensure coding accuracy, documentation support, and compliance

E/M Coders
- Review Evaluation & Management documentation
- Apply current E/M coding and documentation guidelines
- Determine appropriate code selection based on documented services





HCC Coders
- Review medical records for accurate diagnosis coding
- Apply ICD-10-CM and HCC risk-adjustment coding guidelines
- Ensure reported diagnoses are supported by clinical documentation

Mandatory QualificationCPC® or CCS® certification is mandatory.
Preferred Specialty FellowshipsCandidates holding relevant specialty fellowship credentials will be preferred:
- FGSC™ – Fellowship in General Surgery Coding
- FEMC™ – Fellowship in E/M Coding
- FIMC®-HCC – Fellowship in HCC Coding
