Main stakeholder is the IS service owner for the project management domain You will be mainly accountable for: Involving and proactively supporting the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of the service for your area of responsibility and cross-functional processes. Identifying, consolidating, and reporting any inefficiencies or improvement opportunities. Reviewing requirements and specifications and identifying those that require action within your scope of responsibility. Installing and testing new versions and investigating and coordinating the resolution of potential and actual service problems. Qualifications for the role Led end-to-end implementation and onboarding of digital solutions, including system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support to ensure smooth adoption in customer environments.
