Job Description Your Role Analyze, research, and process client requests in accordance with established procedures, utilizing internal resources and multiple systems to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of work. Evaluate inquiries, exceptions, rejected transactions, and service-related issues to determine priority, urgency, and appropriate resolution while exercising sound judgment and decision-making.
