This Position reports to: R&D; Team Lead Your role and responsibilities: In this role, you will have the chance to initiate and drive technology, software, product, and/or solution development using in-depth technical expertise in a specific area. Each day, you will act as the first point of contact in Research and Development (R&D;) for in-depth product or technology-related issues. India You will be mainly accountable for: Proven experience mentoring junior and mid-level engineers and fostering technical growth within teams. Technical leadership in design discussions, architecture reviews, and project planning activities. Strong capability to drive engineering best practices, coding standards, and software quality initiatives. Experienced in cross-functional collaboration with product management, system architects, QA, and customer-facing teams. Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities for complex system-level challenges. Ownership mindset with a demonstrated ability to lead projects from requirements through deployment and production support.
