This position reports to: IS Manager Your role and responsibilities The role is accountable for services in scope and the effective management of a Software and SaaS IS Category, ensuring services are defined, prioritized, funded, governed, and perform against agreed business, financial, and service outcomes across the full lifecycle, including compliance, optimization, vendor management and software asset and license management. Acting as a senior interface across Business Areas, Global IS, Service Owners, and partners, the role drives demand management, service performance oversight, governance, and alignment to IS strategy while enabling a simplified customer experience.



The work model for the role is: Li-hybrid. This role is contributing to the Group Information Systems function, globally. You will be mainly accountable for: Services in scope, ensuring they are clearly defined, prioritized, funded, and governed, while overseeing end-to-end service performance through effective coordination with Service Owners, Global IS teams, partners, and suppliers against agreed scope, cost, quality, SLAs, and KPIs. Simplification and improvement of customer experience by clearly communicating services in business terms, managing stakeholder relationships, and acting as an escalation point to ensure service issues are addressed through the appropriate Service Owners and delivery teams.
