Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full time, on-site role based in North 24 Parganas, responsible for managing and growing relationships with customers and channel partners. In this role, the individual will handle daily customer interactions, understand insurance needs, recommend suitable general insurance products,



and ensure high-quality service delivery. The Relationship Manager will follow up on leads, support policy issuance and renewals, resolve queries and concerns promptly, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for underwriting, claims, and operations, achieving assigned sales and retention targets, and promoting TATA AIG’s values in every customer engagement.
