Your mission is to ensure that the Founder’s time, attention, and energy remain focused on the highest-impact work while every project, commitment, and opportunity moves forward with precision. You will work across three strategic verticals: * Think Small Group (TSG) – AI, Industry 4.0 & Digital Transformation * Bharat & Its Scientific Glory (BSG) – National education and innovation initiative * Personal Leadership Platform – Public speaking, media, policy, and thought leadership ⸻ Key Responsibilities Business Operations (Think Small Group) * Manage product development trackers and project timelines * Coordinate feature releases, demos, and launch readiness * Monitor sales pipeline and follow-up execution * Work closely with designers, developers,



freelancers, and AI tools * Ensure marketing content and social media activities stay on schedule Events & Campaign Management (BSG) * Maintain the master calendar for events, campaigns, and strategic initiatives * Coordinate with partners, volunteers, speakers, and student communities * Prepare briefing notes, reminders, and execution plans * Ensure every event is well-organized from planning to completion Executive Support & Leadership Management * Manage the Founder’s strategic calendar and priorities * Coordinate media preparation, speeches, meetings, and networking activities * Track writing deadlines, publishing schedules, and content pipelines * Prepare briefing documents before important meetings and events * Ensure the Founder is always informed, prepared, and focused Strategic Coordination * Maintain weekly priorities, risks, and opportunity trackers * Drive daily operational reviews
