We are a lean, high-conviction team. This is not about inheriting a running engine - it is about building one. This is a builder's role, not a manager's. No sales team, no CRM full of warm leads, no marketing on retainer. You own the entire commercial function end-to-end: build the pipeline from zero, run the full cycle, and own brand visibility. Draft SOWs and milestone-billed proposals. - CRM discipline — clean pipeline stages, activity logging, forecasting, monthly reviews with the Managing Partner.
