Senior Interior Designer (Sales & Design)
Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete sales and design lifecycle as an Individual Contributor
- Convert leads into confirmed interior design projects by understanding client needs and presenting compelling design solutions.
- Conduct client consultations to understand requirements, lifestyle, preferences, space planning needs, and budget.
- Develop, present, and close design concepts, quotations, and project proposals.




- Independently manage the complete design process, including concept development, material selection, and client approvals.
- Take full ownership of achieving sales targets while delivering high-quality design solutions.
- Guide clients through the entire design and material selection journey, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Ensure smooth client onboarding and successful project handover with high customer satisfaction.
- Identify and drive upselling opportunities for modular furniture, furnishings, décor, and other value-added offerings.

Requirements
- Proven experience in interior design sales and residential interior design projects minimum 5 years with the ability to independently manage the complete design process.
- Demonstrated success in converting leads, closing deals, and consistently achieving sales targets.
