Role Description The Japanese Senior Trainer is a full-time remote role responsible for leading advanced Japanese language classes and mentoring other trainers. In this position, you will deliver structured online lessons, design course content and assessments, and adapt teaching materials to different proficiency levels and professional contexts. You will conduct regular evaluations of learner progress,



provide feedback, and implement strategies to improve learning outcomes. The role also involves collaborating with the academic team to refine curricula, participating in trainer development initiatives, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality learning experience across programs. You will maintain accurate training records, contribute to learner engagement activities, and support prospective learners through demo sessions or consultations when needed.
Qualifications
Robust Japanese language proficiency (preferably JLPT N1 or N2) and demonstrated experience teaching Japanese to adults.
Expertise in online language instruction, including lesson planning, use of digital learning tools, and managing live virtual classes.
Ability to develop and refine curricula, create assessments, and tailor content to different learner levels and professional goals.
