Role Description




The Elite Justice House LLP is inviting applications for Legal Interns who are interested in gaining practical exposure to litigation and developing a strong understanding of substantive and procedural law.
The intern will work closely with advocates and legal professionals of the firm and may assist with:
Conducting legal research on statutes, case laws, judicial precedents, and emerging legal issues.
Researching provisions under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, Code of Civil Procedure, Hindu Marriage Act, Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, Family Courts Act, and other relevant laws.
Assisting in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including applications, petitions, replies, objections, affidavits, notices, legal opinions, written submissions, and other pleadings.
Preparing case briefs, research notes, case summaries, chronology of events, and factual matrices.
Conducting case-law research using reliable legal databases and identifying relevant
