Roles And Responsibilities

Plan and Oversee daily dispatch schedules for finished goods from factory to customer locations.
Follow the Standard Guidelines for loading procedures, ensuring correct palletization, edge protection, shrink-wrapping, and weight distribution to prevent reel deformation or pouch crushing during transit.
Create Outbound Deliveries, Picking Lists, Goods Issue (PGI), and Billing Documents directly in SAP and Verify Stock Transport Orders (STOs) in SAP before staging goods for loading.
Make sure sensitive packaging materials—like barrier films and food-grade items—are transported with climate and humidity control
Ensure all delivery vehicles comply with food-safety standards with clean, pest-free, dry, and odor-free cargo compartments.
Track trucks using GPS, handle delivery delays, and update clients on their order status.
Strong problem-solving ability to handle shipment delays or transport issues quickly.
Lead investigation and resolution for transport-related customer complaints,



including transit damage, moisture contamination, short shipments, or crushed cores.
Collaborate with Plant Production and Inventory teams to align finished goods availability with customer dispatch priorities.

Academic Qualifications

Bachelor of Arts (BA)
Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
