This role will focus heavily on Workday platform engineering, integrations, APIs, automation, and Workday Extend development.The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on expertise in Workday technical architecture, integration development, APIs, and platform operations, along with robust experience leading technical delivery teams and executing enterprise-scale Workday initiatives.This role will partner closely with HR, Security, Enterprise Applications, and external stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure,



and reliable Workday technical solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesWorkday Platform Delivery & Operations• Lead delivery and operational support of the Workday platform including tenant management, release management, and platform administration activities. • Manage implementation and deployment of Workday technical solutions, enhancements, and production support initiatives. • Ensure platform stability, performance, reliability, and operational efficiency. • Establish and maintain technical standards, development processes, and operational procedures for Workday solutions. • Coordinate Workday release testing, validation, deployment, and production readiness activities.
