Role Description The Video Editor & Motion Graphic role at Markitro is a full time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar. The role involves editing and assembling video projects, applying color grading, and enhancing footage to align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.



The team member will design and animate motion graphics for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns, collaborating closely with designers, marketers, and content creators. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing raw footage, creating story-driven edits, adding sound effects and music, and optimizing videos for multiple platforms and formats. The role also includes maintaining a consistent visual style across projects, managing production timelines, and contributing creative ideas to improve storytelling and audience engagement.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, including organizing raw footage and creating polished, narrative-driven edits.
Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency, mood, and brand alignment across all video assets.
Hands-on experience in Motion Graphics and Graphics design for social media content, explainer videos, and digital campaigns.
