The role will support financial planning, performance management, cost optimization, and business partnering across manufacturing, procurement, logistics and operations functions globally. The candidate will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, KPI reporting,



and driving strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities: Act as finance business partner to the Global Operation Leadership Team, proactively supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. Updating & developing MIS dashboards using SAP, Power BI, and Excel for deeper performance insights. Drive achievement of the AOP through financial insights, variance analysis, and corrective action tracking. Provide support on Month closing activities, annual budgeting, and long-term key priorities for supply chain functions. Analyze cost drivers across manufacturing, procurement, warehousing, and logistics.
