We're hiring: Client Solutions Manager ?

We're growing, and we're looking for a Client Solutions Manager to join our team.

If you love building robust client relationships, solving problems, spotting growth opportunities, and working in the fast-moving world of digital advertising, we'd love to hear from you.

At The Nimble Labs, you'll work with some of the industry's leading advertisers and partners across platforms like TikTok, Meta, Microsoft, Snapchat, and more. Our clients operate in high-growth industries including affiliate marketing, search arbitrage, ecommerce, telehealth, and other non-traditional verticals, so no two days look the same.

What you'll be doing:

Managing relationships with a portfolio of clients and becoming their trusted partner.
Helping clients grow by identifying new opportunities across campaigns, platforms, and markets.
Monitoring account performance, identifying risks, and working with internal teams to keep everything running smoothly.
Leading client communications, providing strategic recommendations,



and ensuring an outstanding client experience.

What we're looking for:

Experience in Client Success, Account Management, Partnerships, or another client-facing role.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Experience in digital advertising is a strong plus.
