Job Description Lead and oversee Net Asset Values (NAVs), distribution rates, and key fund accounting controls across Invesco investment products and validation of NAV deviations against defined threshold limits, in alignment with investment strategies, regulatory requirements, and internal control expectations. Manage and provide oversight of daily fund accounting activities, including overdraft checks, cash and position monitoring,



fund setup and maintenance, leverage test review, and related assurance controls. Oversee and provide strategic guidance on process responsibilities, including daily oversight of Net Asset Values (NAVs), distribution rates, and key fund accounting controls across Invesco investment products. Provide leadership, coaching, and technical expertise to the team in resolving complex issues related to third-party administrator calculations, ensuring timely escalation and risk mitigation where required. Ensure assurance and oversight of regulatory changes, industry developments, and business requirements impacting Invesco's global products and financial instruments.
