This Position reports to: R&D; Department Lead Your role and responsibilities : In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of Research and Development (R&D;) employees and support them in achieving the agreed R&D; targets. Each day, you will coach and develop the team. You will also showcase your expertise by helping in managing technologies, platforms, and Intellectual Property. and mentor engineers on Career, Competence and Soft Skills. Structure and lead activities in the context of the scaled agile framework (Secure). Promote a culture of continuous improvements always striving for quality and efficiency. Responsible for staffing projects with competent people, making sure that the workload of the overall team fits the assigned projects Drive resource and competence management globally within the software area. Foster a climate of innovation by motivating, guiding and empowering team members Ensure effective exchange of knowledge to promote collaboration and develop new technological approaches and solutions Safeguard quality assurance of all deliverables from the development team.
