Role Description The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee and improve quality systems and processes across the manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external certifications such as IATF 16949 and ISO 14001. This full time, on-site role based in Chennai includes leading QA teams, establishing inspection and testing protocols, managing audits, and driving root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformities. The role involves close collaboration with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to maintain product reliability, reduce defects, and support new product development and launches. The Quality Assurance Manager will also prepare and review quality documentation, monitor key quality metrics, communicate with customers on quality-related matters, and promote continuous improvement initiatives within the plant.
Qualifications

Strong expertise in quality management systems, including IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and related automotive quality standards.
