This Position reports to: HR Team Lead Role Overview We are seeking a motivated HR Specialist to join our People Development Operations Team within a global HR organization. In this role, you will: Own training administration and coordination, ensuring smooth delivery of programs across regions. Act as a key contact for stakeholders, managing HR operational processes with reliability. Support training sessions both in office and virtually, providing setup, coordination, and participant assistance. Manage multiple priorities confidently in a fast-paced international HR environment. Travel flexibly between offices and external venues to support training and development activities.
Key Responsibilities Manage training processes end-to-end, including logistics, schedules, participants, trainers, and materials. Execute training sessions on-site and virtually, serving as the main operational contact and providing support. Maintain training records and documentation with accuracy, while continuously improving reporting standards. Coordinate globally across HR and L&D; teams to ensure alignment, timely execution, and stakeholder communication. Identify process gaps and propose improvements to enhance efficiency in training operations and HR administration.
