We are looking for an experienced US Healthcare IT Bench Sales Recruiter who can independently market and place consultants from our company bench in the US job market.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Bench Sales professional who has a solid US recruiter/vendor network and a proven track record of generating interviews and placements.

5+ Years of US Bench Sales Experience – MANDATORY

? Working Hours
4–6 Hours/Day

? Compensation
₹15,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives for Every Successful Placement

? Primary Responsibilities
• Market and promote company bench consultants in the US job market
• Identify suitable US job opportunities and requirements
• Generate interviews and placements for bench candidates
• Work closely with US recruiters, staffing vendors, implementation partners and clients
• Handle W2, C2C, Contract,



Contract-to-Hire and Full-Time opportunities
• Submit qualified consultants against relevant requirements
• Follow up consistently on submissions, interviews and feedback
• Coordinate interviews and support candidates throughout the hiring process
• Negotiate rates and engagement terms when required
• Build and maintain strong relationships with US recruiters and vendors
• Maintain daily submission and follow-up reports
