Job Description: Senior Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant / Odoo Lead Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant / Odoo Lead to drive end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations, lead project teams, and manage client engagements across multiple industries. The ideal candidate must have strong client-facing communication skills , the ability to handle senior stakeholders, and proven experience in understanding business requirements, conducting discussions, presenting solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of Odoo ERP projects. This role requires a balance of functional Odoo expertise, technical understanding, leadership capability, and excellent communication skills . The candidate will work closely with clients, business analysts, sales teams, developers, consultants, and internal stakeholders to deliver scalable and business-aligned Odoo solutions. Key Responsibilities 1. Client Engagement, Communication & Stakeholder Management Act as a primary client-facing consultant for Odoo implementation discussions.



Communicate clearly with clients to understand business processes, pain points, expectations, and project objectives. Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, discovery workshops, solution walkthroughs, and client demos. Translate business requirements into transparent functional and technical expectations for internal teams. Manage client expectations throughout the implementation lifecycle. Handle client queries, concerns, escalations, and change requests professionally. Prepare and present solution approaches, workflows, implementation plans, and project updates to clients. Build strong client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Coordinate with business analysts, sales teams, developers, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and delivery. 2.
