Job Description The Position Under the direction of Organon Cross Functional Expert Lead: ERP Finance Solution Architect, this position will be accountable to gather requirement and map business process with the suitable design in SAP systems. Supporting and guiding initiatives across the global financial systems landscape by designing robust and scalable SAP FI/CO solutions that build on existing platforms. Your expertise in accounting and SAP FI/CO processes enables you to translate complex business requirements into practical, high-quality concepts that strengthen global financial processes. Support the Cross-Functional Process Expert Lead by designing, governing, and improving end-to-end (E2E) processes across domains. Ensure process harmonization, standardization, and smooth cross-system handoffs across ERP and enterprise data platforms. Responsibilities As a Cross Functional Expert:



SAP FI-CO Solution Architect, the candidate would be responsible for the timely completion of tasks and actions defined by the project plan. The candidate would be responsible to Build and expand in-house expertise across SAP S4 HANA FI-CO modules including GL, AP, AR, Tax, AA, CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, COPA, CO-PC, Banking, treasury, and consolidation systems to enable delivery of high-value use cases. Lead from FICO perspective, including local legal compliance requirement implementation, rollout, upgrade, migration and continuous improvement projects across multiple business units and geographies. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and align them with SAP FICO capabilities.
