This Position reports to: Continuous Improvement Manager We are looking for an experienced and technically proficient In this role you will support the deployment of the Continuous Improvement (CI) strategy for Finance & Accounting Operations and strengthen ABB’s Service & Performance (S&P;) agenda for 2026 by bringing solid CI expertise, a transformation mindset, ERP-enabled process optimization (S/4HANA preferred), and finance domain fluency. You will coach teams, lead end-to-end CI initiatives, and ensure measurable, sustainable improvements in quality, delivery, cost, and stakeholder experience. The work model for the role is:
LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the Finance Services business Global Service & Performance division in Bangalore, India. You will be mainly accountable for: Strong experience in CI / Lean / Operational Excellence roles with in-depth knowledge of CI methodologies and structured problem solving. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required (or higher). Agile and/or Project Management certification is an advantage. Proven capability to manage CI initiatives end-to-end , including benefits sizing, delivery execution, and sustainment. Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable CI outcomes (quality/right-first-time, cycle time, productivity, cost) with sustained benefits. Experience running CI governance and managing an improvement pipeline (cadence, prioritization inputs, RAID, milestone tracking, benefits reporting). Working understanding of finance process controls and compliance considerations (auditability, approvals/workflows, segregation
