Your role and responsibilities: As an R&D; Engineer,



you will be an independent contributor in development projects, supporting the full product lifecycle – from concept to implementation and maintenance Contribute to the development of new technologies, products, and solutions by proposing and implementing innovative ideas Execute engineering tasks across the full lifecycle: requirements, design (2D/3D mechanical for both assembly and parts, including BOM), implementation, testing, and validation Work independently while collaborating within cross-functional R&D; teams Identify technical problems and proactively contribute to solutions Apply engineering standards, tools, and best practices to ensure quality and efficiency Ensure delivery against project targets (quality, time, scope, cost) and manage risks Contribute to product quality improvements and continuous improvement initiatives Document technical work (designs, results, reports) in a structured and reusable way Collaborate with internal stak
