– Industrial Automation to join our Industrial Automation Digital Organization. You will provide advanced technical support for mission-critical industrial automation solutions, serving as the escalation point for complex issues related to Distributed Control Systems (DCS), PLCs, industrial software, and system integrations. Working closely with Product Engineering, R&D;, Architecture, Quality Engineering, and global Customer Support teams, you will diagnose complex technical issues, drive root cause analysis, contribute to product improvements, and ensure exceptional customer experience through timely and effective issue resolution.
