What You'll Do As an Assistant Manager – Accounting & Finance , you'll manage a portfolio of international clients while supporting the Manager in driving operational excellence and team performance. Key Responsibilities Independently manage a portfolio of clients and ensure timely month-end and year-end close. Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable,



bank reconciliations, and general ledger management. Review and finalize work completed by team members, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Design and implement efficient accounting processes tailored to client requirements. Prepare and review management accounts, financial reports, and investor reporting packages. Mentor, coach, and manage associates to maintain high-quality service delivery. Partner directly with international clients, providing proactive financial insights and exceptional service. Support strategic projects such as financial modelling, business planning, fundraising, due diligence, and M&A; engagements. Drive continuous process improvements through automation and technology adoption.
