About the Role Wooqer is hiring a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of fast-growing fashion, apparel, and QSR brands across India and the Middle East, many of them founder-led. You will work directly with founders, promoters, and C-suite leaders as they scale from a handful of stores to multi-city, multi-market chains, helping them build the operational discipline that scale demands. This role requires firsthand field experience running multi-store retail/QSR operations . You must bring immediate operational credibility to the room - having walked store floors, managed store managers, enforced SOPs, and driven store productivity yourself. You will move from directly managing stores to helping founders run theirs better. What You’ll Do: Drive Operational Excellence: Partner with founders to establish operational discipline, SOP compliance, and audit rhythms across their store networks. Guide Network Expansion: Support go-lives as brands open new stores, cities, and Middle East markets, ensuring execution standards remain consistent as the footprint grows.



Turn Operational Data into Strategy: Analyze store-level activity, spot where floor execution is slipping, and translate raw data into actionable operational decisions for founders. Elevate the Value Conversation: Shift discussions from straightforward task compliance to strategic business management—surfacing insights on store performance, audit readiness, and store-level profitability. Turnaround & Retain Accounts: Identify underperforming accounts early, build turnaround plans, and ensure store count expansion translates into expanding platform value.
