In this role, you will lead a team of technical professionals, oversee system architecture, and ensure optimal SAP performance across the organization. Lead and mentor a team of SAP developers and consultants, providing technical guidance and performance feedback Design and architect SAP solutions (ERP, Ariba, TM, EWM) aligned with business needs Oversee system configuration, customization, and integration with third-party applications Manage SAP upgrades, patches, and system optimization to ensure stability and performance Collaborate with business process owners to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications Ensure compliance with data security, privacy regulations, and ABB governance policies Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement solutions with minimal business disruption Conduct code reviews and maintain quality standards across all SAP projects Prepare technical documentation, system design documents, and disaster recovery plans Stay updated with SAP product updates, innovations, and industry best p
