The role acts as a key liaison between raters and project teams, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, facilitating onboarding and engagement activities, and supporting the successful delivery of AI and Data Services projects. The AI Coordinator is responsible for maintaining effective communication, monitoring task progress, escalating complex issues when required, and fostering an active and collaborative vendor community to drive project quality and operational excellence.



Job Overview Key Responsibilities Provide First-level support to our external vendors (raters) on Data Services projects using our community engagement platform. Assign support requests to Project Managers in cases where second-level support is necessary. Communicate with raters and provide information needed to ensure smooth delivery of Data Services projects. Status monitoring across all assigned tasks and troubleshooting any issues. Skills & Experience Very valuable verbal and written English proficiency - you would be working in and English-speaking environment. Previous experience in customer support or customer facing role.
