This Position reports to: Engineering Manager Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the chance to support engineering activities in all types of project sizes and complexities, under the supervision of senior engineers. Each day, you will complete the tasks cost-effectively and in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and cybersecurity policies and standards. LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the Electrification business in Smart Power division at Nashik, India. You will be mainly accountable for • Reviewing of Customer specifications, commercial/technical documents, product requirements. Identifying and defining preliminary scope of work for Switchgear and its associated components that fits the Customer specifications. • Preparing Bills of Materials, Layout Drawings, Single line Drawings, Cable Scheduling and Specifying Review documents based on the best judgement of the Engineer. • Collaborating with Engineers within the Business Unit to generate technical solutions for the ABB MNS product. • Preparing set of Electrical Drawings - General Arrangement, SLD, Typical Wiring , detailed drawings. • Expertise in Switchgear Product Standardization and IEC Standards.
