About the Role ​ Key Responsibilities: Lead business transformation Initiatives by analyzing current-state workflows, identifying inefficiencies,



and designing scalable future-state processes that improve speed, quality, and operational effectiveness. Facilitate discovery and stakeholder workshops to gather insights, align priorities, and uncover opportunities for process optimization, standardization, and innovation. Drive end-to-end business analysis through requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, root-cause analysis, and impact assessments across Studio Operations and related functions. Translate business needs into solutions by developing clear business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria that enable successful technology delivery. Partner across functions with Marketing, Studio Operations, Product Owners, Digital, Data & IT (DDIT), and agency partners to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.
