What You'll Do: Lead the development of highly complex integrations between HR, Payroll, and Benefits Partners using Workday tools. Apply your solid knowledge of Workday Studio and PECI for seamless integration development. Configure and develop technical integrations using Workday Studio, Workday RaaS Integrations, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Complex Calculated Fields, Web Services, Workday Custom Reports, XSLT, and XPath. Lead data conversion concepts and their impacts on business processes,



including Workday iLoads. Collaborate with collaborators to assess document requirements, review designs, and define functional specifications. Build technical design specifications, perform unit and system integration tests, and support the deployment of all Workday integrations. Coordinate Workday Integration analysis, system configurations, and deployment to production. Monitor and maintain interfaces between Workday and internal/external vendors to ensure flawless operation. Play a pivotal role in solving functional, architectural, and technical issues in projects involving multiple systems. Understand customer requirements and determine the best system integration approaches based on their landscape and desired outcomes.
