This Position reports to: Senior Engineering Manager In this role, you will have the prospect to act as a design authority for an engineering discipline with low to medium complexity. Each day, you will complete assignments on small projects or portions of larger projects in a cost-effective manner. You will also showcase your expertise by applying basic design thinking/design for excellence concepts in projects. The work model for the role is LI - Hybrid. This role is contributing to the to the Process Automation business in Energy Industries division based in Bangalore, India. You will be mainly accountable for: Execute Complex Service Tasks: Independently perform installation,



commissioning, maintenance, upgrades, retrofits, and repairs across various service categories including end-of-life services. Customer Engagement & Satisfaction: Deliver service work aligned with customer expectations, build strong client relationships, and identify opportunities to promote the full-service portfolio. Technical Troubleshooting & Preventive Actions: Diagnose complex equipment failures, recommend corrective actions, and implement preventive measures to enhance system reliability. Project Planning & Resource Coordination: Prepare work plans, cost estimates, and ensure availability of quality materials and equipment for service activities. Engineering & Proposal Support: Apply standard engineering techniques in service projects and assist in preparing proposals and presentations for service programs.
