About the role: This senior-level Quality Assurance Lead role is accountable for driving comprehensive testing and quality engineering initiatives across enterprise across the GBS & Data Lake platforms. The position collaborates with technology and business leaders to define quality standards, streamline testing practices, and implement robust test strategies that ensure the timely delivery of reliable, high-quality data and software solutions. Success in this role requires deep expertise in QA methodologies, data validation, automation frameworks, ETL and data pipeline testing, and up-to-date cloud-based ecosystems.



The individual will act as both a mentor and trusted advisor to QA teams while remaining hands-on in daily testing activities, defect triage, and execution. Additionally, this role will spearhead quality transformation programs across legacy systems and next-generation enterprise platforms, ensuring consistency, scalability, and excellence in delivery.
