Role Description The Sr Executive in Business Development will be responsible for identifying and pursuing recent business opportunities, expanding Urban Company’s presence in Nagpur, and driving partner and customer acquisition. This full-time, on-site role involves generating and qualifying leads, conducting market research,



and building relationships with service professionals and key local partners to grow category performance. The role includes managing accounts, tracking performance metrics, and coordinating with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, and product) to improve service offerings and customer experience. The Sr Executive will also conduct field visits, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure service standards align with Urban Company’s brand promise. Ongoing responsibilities include reporting on business development activities, analyzing growth opportunities, and recommending data-driven strategies to achieve revenue and expansion targets.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills to identify, pursue, and convert growth opportunities.
