Your role and responsibilities In this role, we are looking for an experienced Senior Quality Engineering Lead to join our Industrial Automation Digital organization.
You will lead the quality engineering strategy for next-generation Edge and Cloud-based industrial automation platforms, driving test automation, performance engineering, AI-assisted quality practices, and continuous quality improvement across the software development lifecycle. Working closely with Product Management, Software Engineering, Architecture, and global R&D; teams, you will ensure the delivery of secure, scalable, and high-quality software solutions while mentoring engineering teams and establishing quality engineering best practices.
